Open Video Conference New York City Oct 1-2 2010

Open Video Conference will be held in New York City from first October 2010 to second October. Its a Multiday Conference about the Open Web and film makers.
60+ session on HTML 5 and Open web. The 1st OVC was host to over 800 guest, 150 workshop leaders, panelists and Speaker. Over 8000 viewers tuned in from home to watch the live broadcast. OVC is about open video technology, also grapples with larger questions.

  • With so much free stuff out there, how are artists going to get paid?
  • Who knows what you watch?
  • Do we need to change the rules of copyright?
  • Who decides what you watch?
  • Is online video a force for good?
  • is there just too much weird stuff out there?
